Bottle line

PET Bottle Washing Line

A complete PET bottle line: debaling, crushing, rinsing, label removal, dewatering and packing.

The line is built around the bottle input and the flake specification the buyer needs: debaling, crushing, hot or cold rinsing, label removal, air separation, dewatering and packing.

How the line is specified

  • Input: bottle type, dirt level, bale density and contamination.
  • Output: flake size, required cleanliness, moisture content and packing format.
  • Site: floor space, water supply, drainage and power supply.

The layout drawing is prepared before manufacture, so the line is arranged around the building instead of the building around the line.
