PE / PP Film Washing Line

Film lines built around loosening, friction washing and dewatering, with optional thermal drying.

Film is the material that punishes a badly built line: it wraps, floats and holds dirt. This line opens the material first, then washes it by friction and rinsing before dewatering.

How the line is specified

  • Input: film type, thickness, dirt level and how it is delivered.
  • Output: flake or agglomerate, moisture content and packing format.

Stage 02 - Material loosening

Material Opener

Loosens woven bags and film after debaling so the wash water can reach the material surface.

Stage 04 - Crushing

Plastic Crusher

Cuts bottles, containers, film and rigid scrap down to flakes sized for washing and drying.

Stage 05 - Rinsing

Rinsing Tank

Washes off soil, oil and residue, and separates floating material from sinking contamination.

Stage 08 - Dewatering

High-Speed Dryer

Spins the washed flake down to a low moisture level so it can be packed and shipped.
