Mixed Plastic Washing Line

For unsorted rigid plastic: heavier contamination tolerance, flotation separation and drying.

Mixed feed is less predictable than a single material. This line is arranged to tolerate that: volume reduction before crushing, longer rinsing, and flotation separation to split materials that behave differently in water.

How the line is specified

  • Input: material mix, contamination level and delivery format.
  • Output: which fractions have to be separated and to what cleanliness.
  • Options: flotation tank, density separation and water treatment.

Bale Opener

Opens compressed bales of bottles, film or woven bags into a controlled feed for the washing line.

Separates film, paper and light contamination from the flake using air, without extra water.

Stage 08 - Dewatering

High-Speed Dryer

Spins the washed flake down to a low moisture level so it can be packed and shipped.
