Plastic recycling and washing equipment, supplied as single machines or complete lines. Hebei Province, China

Factory

Machines are built in our own workshop and assembled as a line before shipping where the layout allows it. Welding, machining and assembly are done in house, which is what makes a non-standard configuration practical rather than a special project.

Production

Welding, machining and assembly under one roof.

Frames, tanks, chutes and rotors are fabricated in house and machined to the drawing for that order. A non-standard working width or connection height is a drawing change, not a compromise.

  • Steel frames and tanks fabricated to the site layout
  • Rotors, blades and screens finished and matched to the material
  • Machines assembled into a line and run before dispatch
  • Electrical panels built and tested with the line
What we build

Single machines and complete lines.

Most projects start with one machine and grow into a line, or start as a line that has to fit an existing building.

1
Stage 01 - Debaling

Bale Opener

Opens compressed bales of bottles, film or woven bags into a controlled feed for the washing line.

2
Stage 02 - Material loosening

Material Opener

Loosens woven bags and film after debaling so the wash water can reach the material surface.

3 Video
Stage 03 - Volume reduction

Plastic Flattener

Squeezes bottles and containers so the crusher runs evenly and the washed flakes load correctly.

4 Video
Stage 04 - Crushing

Plastic Crusher

Cuts bottles, containers, film and rigid scrap down to flakes sized for washing and drying.

5
Stage 05 - Rinsing

Rinsing Tank

Washes off soil, oil and residue, and separates floating material from sinking contamination.

6 Video
Stage 06 - Label removal

Label Remover

Strips paper labels and adhesive from bottle flake so the washed material can be sold as clean flake.

Send the material and the target output.

We will come back with a machine list, a layout drawing and a quotation for the configuration that fits your site.
